What's in your Water?
My boyfriend and I went out with his boss and pregnant young wife for the Super Bowl on Sunday, and I was impressed with how conscientious she was about her health, as she should be. I never had children, but certainly I've been around them all my life including raising some various relatives' kids. I'm old enough to remember watching friends and siblings smoke cigarettes, drink alcohol, eat fatty foods and basically somewhat abuse their unborn child through careless actions. My mother smoked Marlboros the whole time she was pregnant with me. Given what we know now, it is a miracle so many children survived these unsafe incubating environments! So what does this have to do with water? Well, this young pregnant woman who was definitely watching her intake remarked she also looked at the pH levels of her beverages. Smart. One of the main reasons we become ill is because we have an acidic system and are dehydrated so it seems most important
to drink a lot of healthy water. That's where I thought of a product I've recently found that supercharges water with coral calcium and 70 essential minerals that most often are missing from our diet. I've been drinking it for a couple of months and am telling everyone I know about its benefits. I think especially pregnant women should drink this water, and anyone who has a hard time processing calcium - like most of us.
